Food for Life Program:
The FFL quick weight loss program is designed to jumpstart your dieting program or jump start a dieting plateau you may be experiencing. The program is a 20 day master cleanse/detox and guided weight loss plan. Weight loss during the 20 day period varies based on the individual but can average one (1) pound per day.
The first 10 days will consist of a Lemonade Drink consumed in the morning and Salads and protein consumed for Lunch and Dinner. Ending the day with a Laxative Tea just before bed. Of course consumption of water during this period is at a level of (8 to 10) 8 oz glasses per day. (participants provide their own water which should be Purified Drinking Water Only)
All other meals and liquids are provided by the FFL program. You are not allowed to eat or snack on any foods or liquids other than those provided by FFL during this period. Water and Green Tea are the only liquids you will be allow to consume during the 10 day period.
Day 11 & 20 will consist of a master cleanse/detox in which you will consume only liquids. “Detox” is short for detoxify – meaning down or away, “toxin” meaning poison, and “ify” meaning to make or do. So, “detoxify” means to make poisons come out or away (from the body). The toxins in our case are substances you’re your body can’t absorb and use to rebuild the body. They actually harm your body’s cells making you fat, tired, irritable, sick or, in extreme cases, dead.
During the detox you will begin your day with a cleansing salt water drink, during the day you will drink a special Lemonade drink that will help remove toxins from your body while putting need vitamins and minerals back into your body…..along with purified water to flush toxins out of your body and you will end each day with a laxative tea to help draw toxins out while you sleep.
Upon completion of the 20 day program you will slowly be guided back into the consumption of solid food and the re-programming of current eating habits into good healthy eating habits that will help you have more energy and keep the weight off!
