The New Face of 385
The New Face of 385
I became aware of the word “mashing” a few years ago in the context of music. DJ’s were “mashing” two completely different styles of music together such as DJ Danger Mouse’s highly successful mash up of Jay-Z and The Beatles. You can’t get the album in the store, but millions have heard it. That’s the catalyst behind what we’re doing at 385 and it seems like a perfect fit.
385 Ethnic Talent Agency is celebrating its third year in business. During our three years we started to do more and more production work directly for our clients under the business name of Studio 385. We started transcreating radio and television spots into Spanish and went strait into the recording studio to produce. Studio 385 managed this work but didn’t cross it necessarily cross it with the talent. Ultimately this was the goal. Our selection of multicultural talent was meant to support the creative campaigns and production spots that we produce when needed for our clients.
Today, the dream of bringing those two parts of our business come together. With a new logo, new name, new look and feel, we introduce 385 Agency. The new look and feel was developed by our Sr. Creative Wonder Woman Jania Amador who cannot be undervalued as a creative person. As our history has shown, most of our clients are ad agencies, photographers, or corporate clients who have a need to communicate to emerging markets. One of the biggest emerging markets is the Latino community that has grown exponentially.
We hope you enjoy the new website and information we’ll be sharing as the years go on.
